Research &
Design

Our journey began with deep research into the Indian two-wheeler market, understanding rider needs, and engaging with users to truly grasp what they need and desire in a vehicle.

This insight fueled the creative process, where countless sketches evolved into 3D models and clay prototypes.

We carefully refined every detail, from rider triangles and seat heights to boot space, wheelbase, and rake angles.

All while ensuring the design was both sporty and practical, capturing attention with a dynamic look suited for everyday use.

Engineering &
Prototyping

In the next phase, our engineering team brought the design inputs to life, working closely with the designers to refine the chassis. Multiple variants were developed, each focused on achieving the best stability and ride comfort.

A fiberglass prototype was created, followed by a vacuum casted body that underwent rigorous testing, both on the road and on the dyno, as well as MBD simulations. Meanwhile, the motor team worked on determining the optimal motor requirements to achieve the desired performance.

The battery team meticulously tested every cell, ensuring the final pack was not only safe and reliable but also delivered the longest range on the market without compromising safety.

Refined Products

As the design took its final shape, the exterior was polished, and tool-up parts were prepared for production. Every detail was tested under the toughest conditions, surpassing industry standards and setting new benchmarks. With the vehicle ready, it was time for the real test—our final prototype hit the road.

Riders took it for a spin, and testing agencies put it through its paces, ensuring it was as safe and reliable as it was stylish. Each test confirmed our commitment to excellence.
